New details are emerging about the synchronized detonations of walkie-talkies targeting Hezbollah operatives across Lebanon, marking a second day of deadly device explosions that have killed at least 32 people. Two U.S. officials tell NBC news it’s part of a covert Israeli operation, but the country has not commented. NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY.
