Princess Charlotte’s adorable dinnertime habit that mum Kate loves | Royal | News

Princess Charlotte has reportedly picked up one of the Princess of Wales‘s habits at dinnertime.

The Princess of Wales, who is also a proud mum to Prince George, 11, and six-year-old Prince Louis, will surely have found it endearing that Charlotte has developed a habit that mirrors her. The 42-year-old appears to have a close relationship with her young daughter, with Charlotte attending Wimbledon with her mum earlier this year.

Although now aged nine, Charlotte is said to have previously enjoyed playing chef alongside her mum as she cooked dinner for the family – even mimicking her mother’s actions with her toy set.

As reported in HELLO! magazine: « When Kate or the housekeeper are preparing meals in the kitchen, Charlotte will set up shop next to them, ‘her own toy set by her side to imitate.' »

The Prince and Princess of Wales are known for carrying out a healthy balanced lifestyle – with their children also adopting this.

In a previous conversation with Mary Berry, Kate revealed that her children are fond of vegetables – something that many parents might find hard to relate to.

She told the TV chef: « We’ve got carrots, beans, beetroot – a massive favourite – Louis absolutely loves beetroot. »

Kate also previously revealed that Charlotte and George like to help her make one particular favourite dish in the kitchen – cheesy pasta sauce.

Kate reportedly revealed during a royal engagements that her children love to cook. The member of the public reported: « She was telling us how much her children love cooking and how they cook for her. They made cheesy pasta the other day. One stirs the flour, one puts the milk and butter in. And they make salads and stuff. »
