A huge diesel spillage has sparked rush hour traffic on the M6, with a vehicle fire causing the northbound carriageway to close.
Emergency services have raced to the scene in Staffordshire
National Highways is warning of severe delays of up to 90 minutes.
A post on their website read: « Staffs fire are leading the response with National Highways Traffic Officers providing assistance with traffic management. »
