The Southeast is still reeling from the devastation left behind from Hurricane Helene with the death toll climbing to more that 220 with hundreds still missing. Dolly Parton is now joining the relief efforts and returning to her roots in Appalachia to share in the volunteer spirit. NBC’s Kathy Park reports for TODAY.
