A British tourist has been arrested and charged with attempted murder after allegedly running over two compatriots in his care minutes after a heated argument in Magaluf. The victims, two young women, are currently in hospital in Palma, with one left unconscious on the pavement after the shocking accident.
The incident is understood to have just before before 4.15am on Cala Blanca street, with sources suggesting the girlfriend of the man who has since been arrestd got into a fight with another young woman.
It was broken up, but the boyfriend of one of them left in a hurry, threatening those present.
