The driver in the New Orleans attack has been identified as 42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar, an honorably discharged Army veteran, according to officials. Meanwhile, a Catholic high school has issued a statement mourning the loss of one of their own, who was identified as a victim in the attack.
