Authorities have identified the shooter in the Madison, Wisconsin, school shooting as 15-year-old student Natalie Rupnow, who went by the name Samantha. Rupnow died in the shooting. Police Chief Shon Barnes also addressed rumors that the suspect may have been transgender.
