Reality TV star Tracy Tutor accuses Alexander brother of sexual assault in lawsuit

A star of the reality TV show “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” on Thursday filed a civil lawsuit accusing now-indicted luxury real estate agent Oren Alexander of drugging and sexually assaulting her.

Tracy Tutor filed the lawsuit against Alexander, who is one of three brothers on trial in a criminal federal sex trafficking case, in U.S. District Court in Manhattan.

Tutor is « a victim of Oren Alexander’s ruthless abuse of women, » the suit states.

An attorney for Alexander rejected Tutor’s allegations and called them false.

The suit alleges that Tutor was drugged at a dinner in New York City in 2014 and blacked out and that a friend found her in a men’s bathroom stall with Alexander kissing her and his shirt open.

Tutor also alleged in the suit that she woke up in someone else’s hotel room and was sexually assaulted, but does not name that person.

Her suit alleges that Alexander drugged her drink at that 2014 Manhattan dinner, which was pitched to her as a networking and recruitment event to work with a top real estate broker at a Los Angeles office.

Tutor’s suit accuses Alexander of sexually assaulting her in the restroom.

Tutor’s lawsuit was filed as Oren Alexander, his twin Alon Alexander, and their older brother Tal Alexander are awaiting a jury’s verdict in a criminal federal trial on charges that include sex trafficking.

The jury in that case began deliberating Thursday. All three brothers have pleaded not guilty.

Oren Alexander’s attorney, Jason Goldman, called Tutor’s allegations false.

« Ms. Tutor and her counsel have timed the filing of this salacious and demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact, choosing the eve of jury deliberations in the federal trial despite the fact that the allegations are more than a decade old and have already been aired publicly, » Goldman said.

Tutor’s suit alleges that Oren Alexander committed a “crime of violence motivated by gender” under New York law.

It also alleges a violation under the Trafficking Victims Protection and Reauthorization Act, and says that Oren Alexander enticed her to come to New York City where he assaulted her.

Tal Alexander and Oren Alexander are prominent real estate brokers, selling luxury properties in Miami and New York City. Alon Alexander is an executive at a private security company owned and operated by his family.

Prosecutors have accused the three brothers of working together and with others to repeatedly drug, sexually assault and rape women over the course of a decade.

They have denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty.

The three were charged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan in December 2024, and that office at the time said that they engaged in sex trafficking between 2010 and 2021.

The brothers “conspired using their wealth and status to prey on innocent women, coercing them into engaging in sexual acts,” then-FBI Assistant Director in Charge James E. Dennehy said at the time.
