With the ongoing war in Iran, Americans are facing the ripple effects of rising fuel costs, bringing not only the average price of gas to $4.12 a gallon, but airfares are rising and Amazon has added a temporary 3.5% surcharge for third-party sellers. Higher diesel fuel costs are also driving up grocery prices, especially those requiring refrigeration. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY.
