Darkest Hour was directed by Joe Wright and written by Anthony McCarten. It premiered in 2017 and went on to earn more than $150 million worldwide.
The film received major awards recognition, with Oldman winning Best Actor at the Oscars, BAFTAs, Golden Globes and SAG Awards.
Filming took place across the UK, including Manchester Town Hall, the John Rylands Library, Chartwell House in Kent and Fort Amherst.
Buckingham Palace interiors were recreated at Wentworth Woodhouse, while London Underground scenes were shot at Warner Bros Leavesden Studios.
