Police and paramedics swarmed a road in Hartlepool following reports of a stabbing. 999 crews were called to Oxford Road in the British town this morning, at approximately 10.30am. There, they assisted a man aged 23, police said.
Cleveland Police said in a statement: « Officers along with paramedics attended and the 23-year-old has since been taken to hospital for treatment to his arm. » Police have since erected a cordon on the corner of Oxford Road and Tristram Avenue, and are carrying out enquiries. Several police vehicles and an ambulance were seen at the scene, TeesideLive reports.
