Sony is releasing a huge free patch for Ghost of Yotei later today which will see the Legends multiplayer mode added to the game.
Just like Ghost of Tsushima before it, Ghost of Yotei Legends will allow up to four players to play together online, cutting through waves of enemies as they take down four distinct bosses. There are four classes to choose from, each offering a slightly different kit and playstyle.
Sony hasn’t announced an official release time for the Legends patch for Ghost of Yotei, but we can make an educated guess based on previous patches and a hint from the release date trailer. Here’s when we think you’ll be able to jump into Ghost of Yotei Legends on PlayStation 5.
Ghost of Yotei Legends release time
Sony tends to push big updates for its games live at 12pm EST. This is normally a global release time, which means us Brits should see the update available to download at 5pm GMT.
A footnote on the Ghost of Yotei Legends release date trailer notes that the update might be available on March 11 in some territories like Asia, Australia and New Zealand. This is more evidence that the update is set to drop later in the day rather than this morning as the expected release time translates to the early hours of Wednesday morning for those aforementioned areas.
