This is the moment shameful « dine and dash » customers make off without paying a £230 bill at a restaurant in a UK city. Four people dined on £26.95 fillet steaks and puddings while guzzling down cocktails and spirits at Chadderton Bar and Grill in Chadderton, Greater Manchester, on Valentine’s Day (February 14).
The owner, named only as Lokman, accused the dodgy diners of staggering their exit after also scoffing pizzas and ice cream washed down with pornstar martinis on top of Malibu and coke. Lokman told the Manchester Evening News the group had arrived at 7pm without a booking.
He told the Manchester Evening News the eatery was « quite busy » when two woman and a man came in asking for a table.
After a 15-minute wait, the party were shown to a table where they went on to place their order.
A fourth person then joined them, dining out before the diners one by one left the venue, appearing to step outside for a smoke.
Lokman said: « I was serving another table taking an order, and the next thing, I looked over and they had disappeared.
« I am gutted. It’s not just about the money, but it’s the time. We had to make all the cocktails for them when we were busy. »

The restaurant posted CCTV of the culprits on social media in a bid to raise awareness among other businesses.
Chadderton Bar and Grill wrote: « These customers visited our restaurant, enjoyed their meal, and unfortunately left without paying the bill. We have CCTV footage and the bill receipt as proof of the incident. »
The owners added: « As a business, we normally respect customer privacy and never share CCTV footage publicly.
« However, in this situation, we feel it is important to raise awareness and protect other local businesses from similar incidents.
« If the individuals in this video see this post, we kindly request you to contact us and settle the outstanding bill.
« We also request fellow business owners to stay alert. Thank you for your support. »
