The second phase of Amazon’s massive $2.5 billion settlement is now underway and eligible customers who did not already receive a refund from the company can now file a claim. Amazon is accused of deceptive Prime membership enrollment practices with the FTC saying the retail giant made it easy to sign up for Prime but hard to cancel the membership.
