Fortnite fans are counting down to the release of the next major crossover, which involves Disney. The new Disney crossover brings mythical hero Hercules to the game, as well as other characters from the 1997 animated movie. In addition to Hercules, Fortnite fans can also purchase Megara and Hades skins, as well as a variety of other items from the Epic Games Item Shop.
The next batch of Fortnite crossover skins have a March 28 release date for US customers, and a March 29 release date for UK fans.
The skins will be available when the Item Shop resets at 4pm PT / 7pm ET on March 28 for US fans, and at midnight GMT for UK players.
Fans will also be able to pick up a fun new emote highlighting Hercules’ strength. The hero will bend his sword and throw it, before taking out his shield and blocking a wave of arrows.
Hades also has a special emote in which he becomes engulfed in flames.
In other Fortnite news, players can unlock a free Soft Roller Pickaxe, although you’ll need to hurry.
As you can see from the tweet above, the Soft Roller Pickaxe is a colourful harvesting tool that is available for a short time.
In order to unlock the free Pickaxe, you’ll need to earn a Victory Royale during the course of the weekend.
The soft roller is described as « truly barbaric » and is part of the Primal Hunters set.
