Just a day after the launch of Chapter 7, Season 2, the Fortnite publisher has announced plans to bring characters from the Game of Thrones TV show to the Item Shop.
The imminent Game of Thrones crossover includes Jon Snow, The Night King and the Mother of Dragons Daenerys Targaryen.
The Game of Thrones characters will be available after the next Item Shop refresh, which takes place at midnight UK time on March 21.
That’s 5pm PDT / 8pm EDT on March 20 for US players, and 1pm CET on March 21 if you live in Europe.
In terms of new content, fans can purchase individual character skins for Jon Snow, The Night King and Daenerys Targaryen.
The characters will even have different outfits, with Jon Snow, for example, available in his Night’s Watch garb.
Items, meanwhile, include the Night King’s Ice Spear, Jon Snow’s Longclaw Sword, and the Stark Shield.
Players can enter the battle on one of Daenerys Targaryen’s dragons (Drogon), and can equip Dragon Egg backbling.
There are also a couple of Game of Thrones emotes, including one where players can Claim the Iron Throne, and another Mother of Dragons emote.
The new content arrives following the launch of the latest Fortnite season.
Fortnite Chapter 7, Season 2 adds The Foundation and The Ice King to the Battle Pass, alongside a host of new gameplay features.
The new Rivalry system sees players go head-to-head with another player as their rival. Players can earn points for their side by eliminating their rival, all the while unlocking perks, weapons and XP.
The Battle Pass also includes a Bugs Bunny skin and Mailbox Pickaxe, as well as an Ice Prince sidekick.
