Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has had the ultimate royal downfall over the last six months, and it only seems to be getting worse. The former prince, who was stripped of his royal titles and Royal Lodge home last year, has appeared in various Epstein files surrounding his past friendship with the late convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
While Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing and accusations, and appearing in the Epstein files does not automatically indicate any wrongdoing, the scandals have resulted in a massive life change. This is because the 65-year-old no longer has the privilege of royal titles or a 30-room mansion.
Instead, the former prince is being relocated to Marsh Farm when it is ready. He is currently being housed at Wood Farm, which is just down the road on the Sandringham estate.

A freshly renovated home
While Marsh Farm is not as big or as grand as Royal Lodge in Windsor, it will feel nice and fresh for the disgraced prince’s arrival.
This is because the five-bedroom farmhouse is currently getting renovated especially for Andrew’s arrival.
Over the last few weeks, various workmen have been seen coming and going from the abode. It is not known exactly what renovations are happening inside the property.

Access to a massive estate
While Andrew’s life will be very secluded now, he will still have access to an incredible royal estate.
Andrew’s new home is just two miles from Sandringham House and has the luxury of being on the King’s private estate.
As the estate spans 20,000 acres, this means Andrew will have plenty of grounds to explore and enjoy.
Private stables
Andrew will also be able to carry on enjoying his favourite hobby, which he frequently did at Royal Lodge, and that is horse-riding.
Marsh Farm, according to Hello! Magazine, has its own stables, which means Andrew’s horses will be able to live on his new grounds.
It also means Andrew can go out horse-riding – a hobby that, like his mother Queen Elizabeth II, he really enjoys.

Privacy and security
Andrew may not be a prince anymore, but he still has a lot of security around him. As well as a tall fence around Marsh Farm, the former prince also has a security system and CCTV in place.
It is believed this has been installed for his safety and security. Andrew is still likely to have a security team, though this is unconfirmed.

Sky TV
Like all of us, Andrew probably enjoys sitting back and watching TV now and then. This is something he will be able to do at Marsh Farm, especially as workmen were seen installing Sky TV at the property weeks ago.
It is believed the services Sky TV offers could cost up to £60 per month. It is unclear whether this is coming from Andrew’s own pocket or that of the King’s.
