Job seekers desperate to stand out in the hiring process are looking to « reverse recruiters, » or companies and individuals who can do the work of applying and tailoring resumes for them. These can range in price from a few hundred dollars to over one thousand dollars a month, with some companies even taking a cut of your paycheck if they manage to help you secure a job. NBC News’ Allie Canal reports on the lengths applicants will go to in the sluggish job market.
