An email released as part of the DoJ’s latest tranche of Epstein files appears to confirm the genuineness of a photo of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor with Virginia Giuffre which he previously suggested was doctored.
The exchange, titled « draft statement » and sent by a « G Maxwell » to Jeffrey Epstein in 2015, read: « In 2001 I was in London when [redacted] met a number of friends of mine including Prince Andrew. A photograph was taken as I imagine she wanted to show it to friends and family. »
Andrew has claimed he never met Ms Giuffre, who accused him of sexual abuse before her death in 2025, but paid millions to settle a civil lawsuit with her in 2022.
