Bill Gates caught an STI after sleeping with Russian women, it has been claimed in a new release of the Epstein files. In a message dated July 18, 2013, Jeffrey Epstein accused Gates of sleeping with Russian women, contracting a sexually transmitted disease and asking for antibiotics to secretly give to his then-wife, Melinda Gates.
The email, which Epstein appeared to write to himself, also claimed Gates urged him to delete messages relating to the alleged incident.

Epstein also lashed out at Gates for ending their friendship, writing that he was “dismayed beyond comprehension” by the decision after six years of association.
The email read: « TO add insult to the injury you them implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda and the description of your penis. »
The emails appear to be draft letters connected to the resignation of Gates’s then-top adviser Boris Nikolic from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Another email, sent at 1:03am the same morning and written from Nikolic’s perspective, offered his resignation and claimed he had been caught in a “severe marital dispute” between Bill and Melinda Gates.
In the message, Nikolic alleged he had been asked to participate in behaviour ranging from “morally inappropriate” to “ethically unsound,” including helping Gates obtain drugs to deal with the consequences of sex with Russian women, facilitating illicit trusts involving married women and being asked to provide Adderall despite having no prescription-writing authority.
The claims have not been verified.

The documents are part of a new tranche of hundreds of thousands of files released by the Department of Justice on Friday. The release also includes multiple previously unseen images of Epstein and Gates together, including one photograph showing Gates smiling beside a woman whose face has been redacted.
Many high-profile figures appear by name or in photographs within the Epstein files, but their inclusion does not imply wrongdoing or awareness of his criminal activities.
Epstein, a former financier, moved in elite circles and had connections with celebrities, influential business figures and global leaders.
During investigations, authorities gathered a wide range of documents and images, meaning individuals who associated with Epstein, or who may not have known of his crimes at all, can still appear in the material despite having no involvement.
Gates and Melinda Gates were married from 1994 to 2021. Melinda later cited Gates’s affairs and his friendship with Epstein as reasons for their divorce, though she did not disclose further details.
She reportedly hired lawyers in 2019 after reports emerged about Gates’s repeated meetings with Epstein, contrary to his public denials.
Gates has previously sought to downplay his relationship with Epstein, who died by suicide in a New York jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
In 2019, Gates told The Wall Street Journal that he had no business relationship or friendship with Epstein and denied attending parties or travelling with him.
However, The New York Times later reported that Gates met Epstein on numerous occasions beginning in 2011, including at Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse, and that a 2013 flight manifest showed Gates travelling on Epstein’s private jet.
Gates later admitted on PBS NewsHour that he regretted having dinners with Epstein, calling the meetings “a mistake.”
