Elon Musk takes shock swipe at Donald Trump over Greenland as feud is revived | World | News

Elon Musk appeared to take a massive swipe at Donald Trump over his foreign policy in Greenland and Venezuela on Thursday. Musk made a surprsie appearance at World Economic Forum in Davos after publicly criticising the annual gathering of political and business elites for years.

Speaking at the summit, Mr Musk took a dig at the US President and said: « I heard about the peace summit. I was like, is that “P-I-E-C-E?” You know, a little piece of Greenland, a little piece of Venezuela. »

His comments caused a buzz online with several social media users cheering up for his comments. One of the users wrote on X: « Elon trolling the globalists on their own stage never gets old. Peace through strength beats « summits » that turn into photo ops and blank checks. America First means leverage, not apologies. »

Another user commented: « You can have all sorts of opinions about Elon Musk, but he doesn’t buy into the globalists’ flowery rhetoric. »

A third user said: « Elon understands the stakes. He’s definitely Team America and I love his sense of humour. »
