Princess Kate’s two favourite vegetables that help keep her skin glowing | Royal | News

Princess Kate is well-known for living a healthy lifestyle when it comes to both nutrition and exercise. Over the years, The Princess of Wales, 43, has been open in speaking about her love of certain healthy foods, with two of these food items reportedly playing a role in helping her keep her skin healthy and glowing.

As previously reported by OK!, the mum-of-three includes two particular vegetables in her breakfast which are packed with protein and healthy vitamins – spinach and kale. It is believed the future Queen has these with her breakfast, along with other healthy ingredients. Among them is avocado – a healthy food item also loved by King Charles.

While it is likely Kate also has a very good skincare regime, the vegetables will no doubt help keep her skin radiant and glowing, as well as having other benefits.

This is because Spinach is packed full of iron, protein, vitamins and minerals.

It is renowned for helping improve bone health.

Kale is also full of Vitamin A and Vitamin C which helps eye health and aids a strong immune system.

While Kate sticks to a very healthy diet, she is not the only royal who eats plenty of good vegetables.

King Charles, 76, is known for eating plenty of home grown vegetables and has also begun eating some avocado each day for lunch – something he began doing last year to keep his energy levels up.

Avocados, which are also enjoyed by Kate, include magnesium, potassium and healthy omega-3 fatty acids which make them good for maintaining overall health.
